Integrative bodywork in Cubelles
Cubelles, at the southern end of the Garraf, combines beach and old town by the mouth of the Foix. I see residents and people who spend their weekends there.

In Cubelles, many people carry a complaint that will not quite ease. At the Castelldefels practice I work with the TNDR method: I explore the tissue by touch, locate the painful knots and lines, and dissolve the blockage where it originates, not just where it hurts.
In Cubelles, the pace of daily life leaves tissue loaded: hours at a screen, commuting and sustained stress. That load settles into the weave of the tissue and ends up limiting mobility; the work is to locate it and dissolve it.
Whether you are a resident of Cubelles or looking for quality technique from nearby, my goal is the same: to help you free yourself from the tension that limits you and recover the vitality you thought was lost.
