Cornellà de Llobregat is part of the densest core of the metropolitan area. From there, the Castelldefels practice is an easy trip out toward the coast.

In Cornella de Llobregat, many people carry a complaint that will not quite ease. At the Castelldefels practice I work with the TNDR method: I explore the tissue by touch, locate the painful knots and lines, and dissolve the blockage where it originates, not just where it hurts.
In Cornella de Llobregat, the pace of daily life leaves tissue loaded: hours at a screen, commuting and sustained stress. That load settles into the weave of the tissue and ends up limiting mobility; the work is to locate it and dissolve it.
Whether you are a resident of Cornella de Llobregat or looking for quality technique from nearby, my goal is the same: to help you free yourself from the tension that limits you and recover the vitality you thought was lost.
