Decontracting Massage for Gava and Gava Mar

Gavà borders Castelldefels and combines its town centre with the Gavà Mar stretch of coast. Being next door, it is one of the quickest places to reach the practice from.

At the Castelldefels practice I offer Decontracting massage with an integrative approach. The session combines assessment, manual technique and the TNDR method to locate the root cause of the complaint and release it.

What can you expect from the session?

The Decontracting massage session is built on what the tissue shows that day.

I apply the TNDR method to the condensation points with precision, respecting your limits and adjusting pressure to the tissue's response. No closed protocols, no fixed timings.

From Gava to the Castelldefels practice

The practice is in Castelldefels and easy to reach by car or public transport. Many people from Gava fit their Decontracting massage session in before or after the working day.

Why Decontracting massage in Gava?

Tissue keeps a record of what happens to the body: impacts, repeated postures and sustained loads settle into it and alter local circulation.

In Gava, between work, family and daily commuting, the body ends up showing stiffness, overload or a loss of joint range. A Decontracting massage session with TNDR looks for the origin of that blockage and dissolves it.
